Trzebnicki Szlak Winnic to nowy projekt enoturystyczny, który rozciąga się na długości 60 km pośród urokliwych Wzgórz Trzebnickich. Zbocza tam są łagodne, a gleby lessowe – a to świetnie sprzyja uprawie winorośli. Historia winiarstwa sięga tu średniowiecza! Na Szlaku, oprócz winnic, jest wiele atrakcji turystycznych: obiekty historyczne, ciekawa architektura, punkty widokowe, malownicze wioski, a także wąwozy lessowe. Jest też Winna Góra!
Trzebnicki Szlak Winnic na dzień dzisiejszy zrzesza 9 winnic. Wszystkie są usytuowane blisko siebie, można sobie fajnie zaplanować odwiedziny kilku w jeden dzień, a nawet wszyskich przez weekend, gdyż w niektórych jest możliwość noclegu.
A jeszcze super jest to, że będąc w winnicy można skorzystać z innych atrakcji i dóbr po sąsiedzku – są pola lawendy, alpaki, a lokalni rzemieślnicy produkują soki owocowe, piwa, miody i sery.

Powstała w 2015 r i ma 3 ha. W sezonie raz w miesiącu otwiera się tam pop-upowa restauracja. Oferują wina ze szczepów: Riesling, Chardonnay, Johanniter, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Cortis. Na etykietach win widnieją modernistyczne budynki z Wrocławia i okolic.
Winnica L’Opera
Powstała w 2014 r. i ma 2 ha. Logo Winnicy przedstawia partyturę, której poszczególne linie naśladują załamania wzgórz tego terenu, a nazwy win nawiązują do muzyki. Uprawiane tam szczepy: Chardonnay, Solaris, Helios, Solira, Bronner, Cabernet Cortis, Cabernet Cantor, Baron. O winach z L’Opera już pisałam – Sol Sol to pierwsze polskie wino, które zdobyło złoty medal na konkursie Mundus Vini (kupaż dwóch Solarisów – z wcześniejszych i późniejszych zbiorów), Madame B gościła u mnie na degustacji To wino jest Kobietą, a Triada to jedno z moich ulubionych polskich czerwonych win!
Winnica Trzebnicka
Powstała w 2020 r. i ma 3 ha. Można spróbować win ze szczepów: Solaris, Souvignier Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir i Zweigelt. Ich wino Pinogato 2022 zdobyło Srebrny Korek 2024 w kategorii win czerwonych – a to niebagatelna nagroda, szczególnie dla młodziutkiej winnicy z jednego z pierwszych win! Wina mają kocie etykiety – na każdej jest kot wykonujący inną czynność, oraz kocie nazwy – w każdej ukrywa się jakiś gato. Bo Wzgórza Trzebnickie to potocznie Kocie Góry!
Winnica Spokojna
Powstała w 2011 r. i ma zaledwie 0,5 ha. To jedna z najmniejszych winnic w Polsce! Etykiety win nawiązują do zwierząt, które można tam spotkać. Uprawiane szczepy to: Solaris, Johanniter, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Dornfelder i Regent. Miałam okazję spróbować ich win na imprezie Spotkajmy się w winnicy na Dolnym Śląsku. Cieszę się, że choć taka malutka, to dotarła do stolicy!
Winnica Michlewicz
Powstała w 2017 r. W sezonie odbywają się tu koncerty i pikniki. Szczepy, które tam rosną to: Souvignier Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder i Zweigelt. Na każdej etykiecie wina widnieje inna postać z Bestiariusza Słowiańskiego!
Winnica Materia
Powstała w 2021 r. i ma 1 ha. Właściciele bardzo dbają o detale i minimalizm w procesie produkcji. Pod pięknymi etykietami kryją się wina ze szczepów Johanniter i Regent, a także z bardzo rzadko spotykanych: Sauvignac i Donauveltliner.
Winnica Jadwiga
Powstała w 2015 r. i ma 1 ha. W uprawie znajdują się: Solaris, Johanniter, Muscaris, Rondo, Regent, Cabernet Cortis. Nazwa winnicy nawiązuje do patronki tej ziemi, Św. Jadwigi Śląskiej, a ptaki w logo to sokoły, które symbolizują pasję winiarza – sokolnictwo.
Winnica Malicki
Powstała w 2020 roku i ma powierzchnię 1,2 ha. Stawiają na Vitis vinifery – produkują wina ze szczepów: Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris i Pinot Noir.
Winnice Jaworek
Byłam, polecam, pisałam o nich tu: Winnice Jaworek. To jedna z pierwszych polskich winnic. Powstała w 2001 roku i ma powierzchnię 18 ha. Główne odmiany to: Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Solaris, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Regent, Cabernet Cortis, Zweigelt. To jedno z najładniejszych enoturystycznie miejsc w Polsce, w jakich byłam – pięknie odnowiony poniemiecki folwark z czerwonej cegły z początku XX wieku, a wokół mnóstwo zieleni i kwitnących kwiatów.

O Trzebnickim Szlaku Winnic dowiedziałam się na degustacji poprowadzonej przez Macieja Nowickiego, gdzie Nestor Kościański z Winnicy Moderna, Kuba Śledź z Winnicy Materia i Korneliusz Bartłomiejczyk z Winnicy Trzebnicka opowiadali o swoich winach i trzebnicko-szlakowych planach. I z radością puszczam tę nową wiedzę w świat! Powodzenia Chłopaki! I Dziewczyny!!!
A degustacja odbyła się w świetnej warszawskiej miejscówce Brać Polskie Wina (polecam serdecznie!), gdzie miałam okazję spróbować z każdej z tych winnic tych oto win:
